What happens during the session?

A SOZO is not a counselling session, but a time of receiving wholeness in our inner being. SOZO sessions usually last for an hour and a half to 2 hours and are conducted by two team members, who will walk you through the process of freedom and wholeness.

 

The sessions reveal the wounds and the lies that try and keep us from living life to the full, in healthy relationship with God and with one another. During the session you will be able to replace those lies with a full understanding of the truth of who you really are.
